Alright guys i need some help. I need some opinions on what to do. I have an K24A4, Honda Accord EX Coupe 03. I ordered a TSX Intake Manifold for it already and is waiting for it to be delivered. I just wanted to know what modifications can i do with this motor. I am new to the K Series and was wondering what should i do. I know the basics well most of the basics. Here is my setup.

K24A4 >> CAI >> HEADERS >> TSX IM >> TL-S SWAY BAR F&R >> EXHAUST

This is a daily driven car, but i still want performance to be added on top. So yeah help me out. I know about cams and other stuff but seriously clueless after those mods. I dont know what else anymore. Can someone help me out. Also this is an Automatic. Not planning to do a tranny swap or sell. It was a gift so yeah. Planning to keep for awhile until i get an S2k.

Also was thinking of doing a K20 Head swap. Any advises? Anything is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

iam not sure about the headswap or what needs to be done. I would recomend at this stage to get some cams, and maby upgrade your ecu. Cams arn that hard to install just takes some time, and ecu's can be chiped or you can get a peromance ecu. Sorry if this dint help.

I dont think a K20 head will work on that motor. I know they dont work on CRV K24 block's, i think accords are the same? correct me if i am wrong someone?

i know you can do the k24 tsx bottom end with the k20 head but i don't think that head will work on that motor either....

Isn't that motor putting out quite a bit of power already?
3.0 litre v6?
maybe hondata would be nice upgrade on power

K24A4 is possible, K24A4 is the same as the CRV. You can find this information within Hondata's page. K20A head swap is possible, but most likely need some port work and probably some new valves. They were talking about this issue in other forums about doing the K24/20 Frankenstien. I heard it ran alot of power until it exploded.

the valves hit or something like that, there is some clearence issues i believe. it would be easier to put a k24 from an TSX in instead i would think? a lot less effort, especially if you want to switch the tranny anyways.

Mines in the K24A4 not the J30A5. that is the V6 model. Mines I4
